AUDIO:
Here is the Tricky part follow the guide carefully.

First Install MS-UAA below
MS-UAA: Download (sp32646) - tested worked
Download (sp3) - windows XP SP3 User use this patch.

restart after install MS-UAA and install Conexant below:

Conexant High Definition Audio
Download (sp41610.exe)
or Download (SP41616.exe)

Installing the drivers may result in eror.
but continue with
manually install the drivers using device manager. Here is the guide,
Manual Audio Installation

dont use the ms-uaa and Audio driver there. Just follow the Guide.

After finish installing your sound should work.
